We are your local Homes for Heroes Real Estate Specialists, serving heroes throughout Salem and the Willamette Valley. Through the national Homes for Heroes program, qualifying heroes receive a Hero Rewards® of approximately 0.7% of the purchase price about two weeks after closing, plus lender discounts when using a Homes for Heroes mortgage specialist. Based on a 0.7% Hero Rewards rate, the savings on your home purchase will vary depending on the purchase price. There are no membership fees and no hidden costs.

What Is Homes for Heroes?
Homes for Heroes is a national program that gives back to those who serve. Since 2002, it has helped over 80,000 heroes save more than $165 million combined on buying and selling homes.
Hero Rewards Rebate
We donate a portion of our commission to the program, and the hero earns Hero Rewards about two weeks after closing. Savings vary by transaction and purchase price.
Lender Savings
We connect you with participating Homes for Heroes Mortgage Specialists who know VA loans, FHA loans, and down payment assistance programs.
Full Service
You get the same full-service experience: pricing strategy, showings, negotiations, and closing support. The only difference is the savings that come back to you.
